Shipping policy

We currently ship to countries within Europe & UK. Orders are delivered with FedEx in 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, depending on availability. Shipments are prepared and sent from Estonia during standard working hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. local time).

The shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

All orders are shipped with FedEx courier service, offering reliable and trackable delivery across Europe.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a FedEx tracking number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey in real time.

Orders shipped within the European Union & UK are not subject to additional customs duties.

We want your order to reach you in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@trymushio.com. We’ll work with FedEx to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
